Explore the Caves of Cape St. Vincent on a Scenic Boat Tour
From the port of Baleeira towards Cape St. Vincent, we passed the Sagres point with its fortress, the beaches of Tonel and Beliche, as well as the Santa Catarina Fort.
We rounded the famous Cape with its lighthouse atop the 70m cliff, which to this day is one of the most powerful in Europe. Since the Neolithic period, this place has been considered sacred and has always been a very important cape for navigators, being the southwesternmost point of Europe.
